About
The CNAE Adviser is a tool with the goal to provide to the potential leads all information they need in order to create a company following the Brazilian Law, the tool recommends the best activity code to fit the local law and bring informations about taxes and many others things, also the tool show if Contabilizei is able to make the process of creating the company according with user's choice.
This was the MVP phase.
2. Filtering those potential Leads in order to optimize Inside Sales team's work.
Goals
1. Increase the number of qualified Leads.
3. Continue keeping the company on top as a leader in the accounting segment by bringing more tools to help users to find solutions to their doubts.
Hypothesis
1. Currently there is a great demand by the user to know what kind of CNAE fits in the activity he intends to perform, taxes to be paid, etc ... bringing a tool where where the whole information is available in an easy, fast and efficient way, we wanted to capture the attention of that potential customer, to consequently bring him to be a Contabilize user.
2. There is a big problem in the Inside Sales team, which is that some leads are no qualified to be our customers, that situation makes the team to waste time with those users that will not convert, neglecting others who are more productive in the queue, with the tool we wanted to better filter these people.
Design
For this MVP we looked the data to work with 9 specific activities, the ones which are more searched via google and via company blog.
